MVG accompanies clients as a system partner from development over fitting to customer service.
Scheduling management
In the Service Centre our team deals with scheduling the orders and coordinates the shipment of the products. The customer-specific distribution logistics can be integrated via IT interfaces and modern ERP systems.
Warehouse and logistics management
We have a logistics centre covering 3,500 m² where more than 10,000 towbars and electrical kits are available at any time and can be dispatched from here throughout Europe. In cooperation with our partners we can work out individual logistical solutions and provide our customers with the best possible support and service.
Service management
Our multilingual call centre enables MVG to provide prompt and individual support for the customers. Our qualified team is the direct contact partner for any support and advice required.
